America Does The Daily Mile!
Our goal is to get as many elementary schools and daycares in America to get moving on the same day. Together, let’s celebrate the positive benefits that daily activity has on physical and mental health.
This year, we’re asking all schools and daycares to do The Daily Mile on Valentine’s Day! To join in this mass-participation event, teachers will take their students outside to walk, jog, run or wheel for 15 minutes. Children enrolled in online/remote learning may participate at home (under parent or gradian supervision) as well!

What is The Daily Mile?
The Daily Mile is a life-changing opportunity for children and the adults who lead them. It is a solution to healthier, happier, more engaged students! The Daily Mile is a whole-child movement that takes kids outdoors to run, jog, roll or walk for 15-minutes each day. But it’s so much more than that. Created by an elementary school principal and her students, it is proven, effective, and sustainable. The Daily Mile is free for your school family … forever. Watch this to learn more!
Join the movement to access exclusive member-only resources and join The Daily Mile community. Try The Daily Mile with just one class and experience the benefits. Watch it grow to the whole school! Homeschoolers and remote-learners are welcome to join, too!
